ICAC (International Construction Advisory Consortium) is a European consortium of trusted professionals in construction and real estate. At Trebbi Polska, our specialists manage the investment process from the project’s inception, through detailed design coordination, all the way to construction. We support the Client in working with design teams and local authorities across Poland, while overseeing each project phase to ensure compliance with guidelines, schedules, and budgets.
We take full responsibility for delivery by providing Technical Due Diligence, Project Management, Construction Management, Claims and Contract Advisory, Investor Supervision, Bank Monitoring, and ESG assessments within TDD. Our experience spans office, residential, mixed-use, industrial, logistics, commercial & office fit-out projects. We remain fully independent and loyal solely to our Client, with no conflict of interest with any member of the project team.
